Forming technology

ARNELL stamping and bending technology specializes in the production of simple and complex components made of steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys. As components, these parts are supplemented with surface coatings or completed during assembly. Production capacities are available on Bihler stamping and bending machines or press lines up to 160 tons of press force.

Bending technology

Bending complements our stamping and bending technology excellently in the economical production of smaller batch sizes. With a pressing force of 50 tons and a maximum processing length of 1,500 mm, our folding technology offers a perfect combination of speed and quality for small folded parts. Supported by laser projection and automatic tool clamping, we bring the cut or punched blanks into the desired shape.

Water jet cutting

Almost all materials can be processed with the water jet cutting technology without any problems. This process offers maximum flexibility with calculable costs, especially for small and medium-sized series productions up to a material thickness of 90 millimeters. With water jet cutting, there is no heat input into the material and hardening of the material is avoided.

CNC processing

CNC machining must be flexible, fast and efficient. At ARNELL, we implement your products efficiently, quickly and cost-effectively using DMG MORI machines and trained specialist staff. Whether standard formats or custom-made products, individual pieces or series production - we process a workpiece length of up to 1,000 mm.

Wire EDM

For high-precision surfaces or filigree contours, we rely on Mitsubishi wire EDM machines. ARNELL also uses wire erosion technology to separate generatively manufactured parts from the building board. Wire cut applications for tool components are supported by the use of a start hole machine.

Additive manufacturing

If the function determines the design of a product, additive manufacturing offers ARNELL the opportunity to push the boundaries. From functional samples and prototypes to small series, we develop products with our customers with the aim of saving weight or integrating functions or making ideas tangible.
